This way, we also ensure, in the interest of our customers, that, for example, a collection is not discarded. If we find valuable items during the inspection or clearance, they will be assessed for their worth and factored into the estimate for the estate clearance. The total value will then be deducted from the clearance costs. Thanks to this value deduction, an estate clearance is often considerably cheaper for our customers compared to competitors. Items that should not be sold or disposed of should be removed or visibly marked before the inspection.
Tips for a Smooth Estate Clearance
Once all details regarding the estate clearance have been thoroughly discussed and planned with us, you do not need to be present in person on the day of the clearance.
